It can teach you how to recognize the signs of an impending panic attack and provide you with strategies to manage the symptoms.This program also incorporates elements of mindfulness, which is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment in a non-judgmental way. Mindfulness can help reduce anxiety and panic attacks because it can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions and learn how to respond to them in a more balanced and mindful way.

Fears & Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are not real in the sense that they are not based on objective facts or evidence. Instead, they are negative thoughts or beliefs that people hold about themselves or the world around them that limit their ability to achieve their goals or realize their full potential. These beliefs may be based on past experiences or societal conditioning and can often be irrational or unhelpful.
This Mastermind can help you bust through limiting beliefs by providing tools and strategies for identifying and challenging these negative thoughts and beliefs by identifying and changing negative thought patterns.
By learning to recognize and challenge you limiting beliefs, you can develop a more positive and empowering mindset and break free from the limitations that these beliefs impose on your life.

Live Group Sessions
We will have Live Group sessions twice a week on Zoom. Each session will last 90 min. and will be recorded if you’re unable to attend in person. During the sessions, we will go deeper into the topics covered in the Video Lessons and allow you to ask questions or have come coaching.

You will have lifetime access to 12 pre-recorded Video Lessons that cover the foundation material for this Mastermind. While you can listen to these videos at your own pace, the topics will be covered in more depth during each live session.

Mary Beth is a Transformative Coach, Hypnotherapist, Author and Chief Inspiration Officer. After individually helping hundreds of people find peace of mind, overcome stress, anxiety, fear, and limiting beliefs, she founded the School of Success & Serenity in 2020 to reach a wider audience.
Mary Beth holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Finance & International Business from Indiana University. Before she decided to throw in the corporate towel and follow her passion, she held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Commerzbank.
She now lives on the Spanish Mediterranean coast with her husband, Nick, and two Labradors (Bojangles and Branston). When she’s not at work, she can be found line dancing or cooking in her huge country kitchen.
