How my journey began

I’m a fun-loving, sun-loving, dog-loving, line dancer, photographer, author, technophile, foodie, trainer, coach and mentor.

I’m American born, from near Chicago, but have lived more than half my life in Europe - the UK, Germany and Spain.

I enjoy life in a small Spanish village on the Mediterranean coast with my husband and 2 Labradors - Bojangles and Branston.

I followed my dream when I left corporate banking after 24 years, moved to Spain, opened a restaurant and re-trained as a transformative coach and hypnotherapist.
